Can I file the Form 7513, Shipper’s Export Declaration (SED) for In-transit Goods, via the Automated Export System?
No, the information reported on the Form 7513 cannot be entered into the AES. The Form 7513, SED for In-transit Goods, also known as the pink declaration, is regulated by the Army Corps of Engineers. The Army Corps of Engineers has suspended the requirement to file the Form 7513. Currently, there are no filing requirements for in-transit shipments.
